How to be Grateful, pt. 2

We all have no problem thinking of the things that make us grateful during the holiday season. Tomorrow's holiday has "Thanks" in the title, how easy is that for a reminder? What other time in our busy, hectic lives would make it easy to remember to be grateful?

You know, like a time when the whole family isall-together, on a nightly basis, paying rapt attention to only each other? A time that seems quite similar to Thanksgiving dinner, justsmaller and no turkey.

That's right, dinnertime my friends.

Why not give thanks and share it with each other on anightly basis during dinner? It doesn’t have to be formal, eloquent or a bigdeal. A simple conversation starter. And if you’re not feeling it it’s not abig deal. Even if you're not all at a table together, it's as simple as saying, "what are you grateful for today?" as they walk out into the living room to sit in front of the television.  What's the worst that can happen? You feel better and become a little moregrateful for the day?
