[/caption]It seems as if we have turned a corner, this little family of ours. Maybe it's the fact that on Gwen's third week at daycare she walked in with a smile on her face and a spring in her step instead of immediately crying. Or that we've gotten to bed at a reasonable hour lately. Or maybe that we got a chance to see friends or that our family drove up to babysit while we went out. Or that I got to sit down and talk to my Mom, finally.
Whatever the reason, I'm glad we're finally here, at a place where we can relax and look at the bigger picture, because damn, the past five weeks have been ridiculously stressful.We're moving forward and tucking this latest adjustment into our "done" pile and adopting the above philosophy: something wonderful is about to happen.
