It seems we may have chosen the wrong Dr. Seuss book for Gwen's nursery seeing as her genes are clearly linked to Yertle the Turtle.
The link can be narrowed down to a direct descendent, her grandfather.
*Post-edit* In all fairness, apparently (as Sir Sunderland so kindly pointed out) there is a more direct descendent, her mother.
