Things to Do When It's Cold Outside {2. Go to Scheels}

In part 2 of our Things to Do When It's Could Out series we are keeping it cheap and simple: Go to Scheels.

Scheels has tons of things to do that can preoccupy any member of the family for quite awhile. At Scheels you can:

On a side note, did you know that Scheels has shopping carts? We had no idea until we forgot our stroller and thought we were doomed to chasing a toddler around all day. Then we saw the cart corals in the parking lot and thought they must have them somewhere. After further investigation we found them to the right when you first enter the store alongside customer service.

There are feedings daily at  2 p.m. everyday for the saltwater fish with a live diver in the aquarium on Sundays. And the same thing only at 3 p.m. daily  for the freshwater fish with a live diver in the aquarium on Saturdays.

Wanna go for a ride?

I'm not really sure about the appeal of the presidents to children or adults really, but the buttons are sure fun to push.

There's also a Nascar simulator for the bigger kids that costs$10.
