My Corned beef rocked too, I did follow a recipe that I found where you add apple cjuice WITH water AND an awesome sauce...also, took the meat out 30 minutes early, and THEN threw the cabbage in and cooked it for 30 minutes in the crock pot....UNCONVENTIONAL, I KNOW, but It came out very good!!! I am SOOOOOO very happy for your house BTW, GO LAUREN!!!
