Green Cupcake Monday

I originally made rainbow cupcakes for St. Patrick's Day. Based off of the last post, I assume you know what happened (stupid flour). As I learned from my mother who always had a box of cake mix stocked in her pantry, I fell back on the white cake mix, dyed green of course!
Instead of my typical swirl I wanted to try out the rolling edges in sprinkle techniques. It didn't work. How do people get their edges so smooth? Anyone know?

I also made my own cupcake toppers with glitter, of course. I put them on normal printer paper, which I learned will not suffice for next time. And also, the glitter gets everywhere, including your cupcake. It's got to be non-toxic right? Probably goes straight through the system.

They were topped with my favorite butter cream, a la Wilton. Mmmmmm. Deliciously green cupcakes.
